TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once we’ve sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking ID, allowing you to track your parcel.
COURIERS
Our couriers are usually very reliable, but sometimes delays do happen. In that case, please check your tracking ID to see the latest updates. Please note that once the couriers have picked up the order, it’s out of our hands, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Ensure your orders are delivered exactly the way you prefer by adding default delivery instructions to your account.
Example: You can specify instructions like "Please leave on the front porch" to guide the courier on handling your delivery.
How It Works: These instructions are printed directly on the delivery label, providing clear directions to the courier driver.
Steps to Add Instructions:
1) Go to My Account.
2) Select Edit My Contact Details.
3) Locate Default Order Instructions and enter your preferences.
